Different kinds of growth factors are produced by skin epidermis and dermis, which regulate cellular growth, proliferation and differentiation.
Skin aging leads to decreased secretion of these factors. However, the external application of these factors into the skin restores its vitality and
health. The natural penetration of these substances into the skin is limited, therefore at Celltroy, we use the CPP technology to deliver important
growth factors like, human growth hormone (hGH), epithelial growth factor (EGF), and tropoelastin into the skin.
Facial wrinkling associated with aging is caused by many factors, including, changes in collagen conformation, elastin polypeptide degradation,
and problems of the skin’s lipid matrix. These changes can be reduced by interrupting nerve impulse to the muscle in the face. Celltroy’s Trans-X
does exactly that, causing local relaxation and younger looks. Our studies show that facial wrinkle depth can be reduced in the forehead and
around the eyes and that Trans-X can prevent apparent facial skin aging. We use the CPP technology to deliver Trans-X into the skin.
